So whats included?

All day use, Furnishings & Clean up

With our ceremony and reception or reception only package, you receive 4 hours event time from ceremony start to reception end. Clean up begins after. You also receive 4-5 hours on top of event time for dressing and decorating. For the evening time slot, Weston Gardens brides have access at 1:00 pm, ceremony starts at 6:00, reception ends at 10:00, and clean up begins after. There is wiggle room if you would like to start earlier.

We provide the tables, chairs, and ivory tablecloths and we even set them up for you. You can upgrade your linens to a color for an additional fee. We also include hauling off the trash and cleaning up at the end of the night so that you don’t have to worry about it! All you are responsible for cleaning up is whatever you brought to the site.

Brides also receive full use of the gardens on wedding day. We do not host another event while you are on site and you are free to utilize all of the different spaces throughout the gardens.

DJ, On Site & Day of Coordination

Let us handle all the little details! We include 4 hours DJ service in our ceremony and reception package. Since the gardens are so large, it was crucial for us to add the DJ to our package. They know our bride’s layout, bring enough equipment to accommodate all the different spaces of the gardens, mic your ceremony, make announcements throughout the event, etc.

We have 5 DJ’s who we choose from. During the first planning meeting, we figure out what type of event you would like to put on, your music preferences, etc. Then we match you with one of our DJ’s and send them your contact information and vise versa.

At Weston Gardens, our goal is for brides to come in on wedding day, drink mimosas with their girls and enjoy every second of their big day. Our on site coordinator, Morgan will do your layout map, timeline, work with the DJ to stay on schedule, que your bridal party for the ceremony, coordinate your rehearsal, and much, much more. Wedding day goes by so fast and it’s important to us for bride’s to enjoy it and have the peace of mind that everything is in place and running smoothly.

Open Vendor Policy

We do allow outside vendors, allowing your wedding to be as creative as you are! When you book with Weston Gardens, we will give you our preferred vendor list. This is just a collection of photographers, caterers, etc. who have worked in the gardens before and do a great job. You are not obligated to choose your vendors based on this list. We do not charge a fee for going off the list.

 

Bridal Suite

What we have coined as “The Barn”, our bridal suite is a sweet escape for brides. With cedar planks paneling the walls and trees surrounding the perimeter, you feel like you are in a tree house. The barn is the perfect space to relax before your event begins.

 

Groom’s Ship

Yes, that’s right. I said groom’s ship. Our historic ship dates all the way back to the 20’s and 30’s. Built by the estate’s original owner Mr. Bandy as a prime entertaining oasis. Today, the ship is used as our groom and groomsmen loft. This rock ship never quite set sail but, surrounded by Chamber’s creek, you immediately forget all about that.

Tables & Chairs

Weston Gardens provides round guest tables that seat 10 guests. We also include 4 or 6 foot tables for things like gift and sign in, cake, buffet, bar, etc. We also provide tables for things like dessert bars, memory table, photo booth props, or anything else you might need a table for. Weston Gardens also provides ivory table linens. You can upgrade your linens to a color for an additional fee.

 

Our Ceremony & Reception Package Includes:

-4 hours event time

-4 to 5 hours on top of event time for dressing and decorating

-All tables and chairs

-Ivory table cloths

-4 hours DJ service

-1 hour rehearsal

-On site coordinator

-Day of coordination

-Directional chalkboards

-All set up and clean up (we haul off the trash and provide trash receptacles)

-Full staff during event

-Parking attendants

-Optional use of metal garden furniture

-For evening time slot, light system is included

-White tents as part of our contingency plan

Payment Options:

-25% down with monthly installments up to 60 days prior to your event

-50% down, 50% due 60 days prior to event

-Payment in full with cash or check for a 5% discount

-Payment in full with a credit card for a 2% discount
